We are most happy to adjust spectacles originally supplied by us at no charge. Our desire is make them most comfortable. Please contact us to arrange a mutually convenient time to visit.
Repairs
Many frame brakages can be repaired and quotes are available on request. If damage is covered by warrantly, then this will gladly be sorted at no charge.
Wishing to have adjustment of frames that were originally supplied elsewhere?
We sometimes need to decline to adjust spectacle or sunglass frames purchased elsewhere. In the event this task is taken on, this will be completely at the risk of the owner. If the appliance were to be damaged during attempted repair or adjustment, then any correction will be at the cost to the patient. Ideally spectacle frames should be adjusted for comfort by the Practice that supplied them.
